I just turned 48 and hit that wall about 3 years ago. Frustrating, but you either give in to some of age's demands, or you will give out. The good news is that you can ward off this arrival by adopting the Way of The Cat Nap. 15-20 minutes on the couch or futon mid-afternoon, and I'm good to go for another 8-12 hours! Here's to we who find sleep an annoying interruption of our days! club penguin cheats

My 2 year old grandson has been having sleep terrors for over a week now. His adjustable bedtime routine of cuddling, reading, etc. has not changed He is awakening hourly, until about 3:30 AM, either fretful and agitated or bolting from his crib. His parents are sleeping in shifts, either in his room or nearby to ensure his safety. They are considering bringing him into their bed, as the next step, if this doesn’t resolve over the next few days.

Thanks for this post. As your good friend who requires more than 3 hours of sleep each night, I worry about you! Totally with you on the hustle bit but functioning without sleep prevents me from living harmoniously. Either way, this post makes me feel a little less worried about your sleeping and work habits... :)

From someone who's been an entrepreneur (and night owl) all her life, and still sleeps just 4-5 hours per night, here's the scoop for those who think they'll always be able to do it: You won't. You'll be able to keep it up during the week, or whenever your busiest time is. But at some point as you age, you'll need to just accept that one or two days a week, you'll need the standard 7-8 hours.
