Why You Should Buy Trust Agents

by Justin Levy on August 17, 2009

If you need yet ANOTHER reason why you should buy Trust Agents by Chris Brogan and Julien Smith, today I explain what I’ve seen these two friends of mine go through over the past year to ensure that the best possible book that they could write hits bookshelves.

If you can’t view the video, you can also find it on YouTube.

Note: Apparently I was tapping the laptop as I was recording so my apologies that it’s a little bumpy ;)

To pick up a copy of Trust Agents, head on over to: http://bit.ly/buy-ta.  I really hope that you’ll support them and pick up a copy of 20 of the book.

If you already received your copy, what did you think about it?  You can let me know your thoughts in the comments below, or better yet, write/film a post reviewing the book and tag it #trustagents.

  • Hey Justin

Just wanted to drop a note telling you how cool this was of you to post this. You do a lot each day and to take the time to give all of us insight into your relationship with Chris and Julian speaks volumes.

Success is so deserved to Chris as he has time and time again put all of us first by spending countless hours teaching social media with I am sure some resistance at first.

The time he has spent away from his family, lack of sleep and the time he will give all of us on his book tour away from his family can never be monetized. I know myself being a mom of a wonderful 4yr old that after only 3-4 hrs away I am missing him.

The best part is that you being so close to Chris still await your copy. I am expecting that this will be a book that I will end up reading a few times to be sure I got it all.

  • And here's why you shouldn't. See I like a balanced review. After reading Trust Agents, I can tell you that your money is better spent elsewhere. There's nothing in the book that makes you stand up and say, "wow, I never thought about it like that." The examples are generic and there's very little meat. On the plus side, it's very easy to read and if you're looking for a lot of philosophy without real substance (like say Groundswell) this is the book for you.
