		<description>I took martial arts for many years when I was younger.  I think martial arts&lt;br&gt;are a GREAT way to stay in shape.  I agree that it&#039;s important to have a&lt;br&gt;series of exercises that can be done from anywhere.  I have created a&lt;br&gt;compact workout kit that I take with me when I travel so I don&#039;t have to&lt;br&gt;leave the hotel room.</description>
