Honoring America’s Heroes

Thank you to all of the men and women who have paid the ultimate price to keep us safe.  Also, let us not forget the families of those in our armed forces who have to learn how to cope with the sacrifice that their father, daughter, sister, husband or other family member has decided to make on behalf of their country.

Dusting Off

Well hello again. It's been just a few weeks, er, actually, 12 weeks, since I've written around here.  It hasn't been because there hasn't been tons of great stuff going on that I haven't wanted to share with you or that I've lacked ideas to write about.  So, what have I been up to then?

Are You Subscribed Yet?

I really appreciate all of the meaningful conversations that we have in the comments of this website, on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr and the other ways that we find to connect online.  But, I realize that for some of you, you simply click through or you've arrived here from a search engine.  If so, it would make me smile if you took a minute to subscribe.  I've given you a few different options below.

Gone Mobile

You can now access a mobile version of [justinrlevy.com] when you use a touch mobile device such as an iPhone or Droid.  Previously this blog had utilized the Carrington theme to create a mobile version of the site.  But, I just switched over to WPtouch to create a fuller experience.  Carrington had many of the features that WPtouch has but I like the look, feel and design of WPtouch a little more.  It displays photos, Tweetmeme and Disqus tightly as well as the basic features of the site including tabs, tags, categories, date/time, and more.

A Simple Thank You

I just wanted to take a minute out to say thank you for everyone who took some time out of their day to wish me a Happy Birthday!  It means a lot to me and I look forward to what we're able to accomplish over the next 12 months before we do this all over again :)

Living Out of a Box

boxesFor those of you who follow me on Twitter or Facebook you know that I've spent the past few weeks preparing to move up to Boston.  This week was the big week and we moved on Friday and Saturday.  So, that means that right now I'm living out of boxes.  While some may not like this because they feel unsettled and unorganized, I love it.  I hate moving, don't get me wrong.  But, I love unpacking because it signifies the opportunity for a fresh start.

Do You Really Want to Know?

number7So, I've finally been tagged by one of the memes going around the blogosphere this week.  This particular meme happens to be seven things you don't know about me.  I got tagged by Scott Monty and Jason Kintzler within a couple hours of one another.
